4 Years At Filoli: How It Began and Ended

This project began when my wife and I were looking for a pandemic-friendly afternoon outdoors and we visited Filoli in Woodside, CA. This was February 2021. Spring had just begun to coax the blossoms and blooms along and it occurred to me that it might be fun to revisit the gardens every week and record the changes. As a member I could get in an hour early on Saturdays. So, a project was born. Four years and 2,090 published images later it was time to wrap this project up. These Filoli galleries are a few of the images from my time at Filoli. A shout out to all of my friends at Filoli for their help and support with this project–you know who you are and what you did to make this project so special!

Spring At Filoli

Spring in a garden is color and texture overload for any garden enthusiast and/or photographer. I will remember Springs at Filoli for the profusion of Daffodils and Tulips. Wow! The amount of both and the variety of both were stunning. Thousands make the Filoli garden rooms come alive with color and energy. So energizing! Click on any image to view the gallery as slideshow.
